This smoothie can be used for breakfast as it contains lots of “long” carbs and is energizing.
Ingredients
1 Mango
2 Tablespoons of Raw Chocolane Nibs
3 Tablespoons of Oats
4 Green salad leaves (any green salad with not very strong taste like spinach, lettuce: iceberg, romaine, leaf lettuce)
5 Red cherries
6 Cinnamon
A half of a glas of Oat Milk or Water
Also could add superfoods of your choice.
Equipment and Process
You will need Nutribullet or another powerful electric mixer. Put all ingredients together and create a tasty smoothie.
