1 Mango
2 Tablespoons of Raw Chocolane Nibs
3 Tablespoons of Oats
A half of a glas of Oat Milk or Water
Also could add superfoods of your choice:
grapeseeds extract
spirulina
cherries
lemon juice
maca
acai pulver
aronia pulver
