What are the signs of aging?

Signs that indicate true age:

  • Uneven form of the face,
  • Swelling,
  • Changing the “triangle of youth” (wide forehead, chiselled chin) to the shape of an inverse triangle,
  • Drooping eyebrows, drooping eyelids and wrinkles near the eyes,
  • Unhealthy complexion,
  • Wrinkled and flabby earlobe,
  • Wrinkles and strands in the neck.

What are the causes of aging?

There are aging factors that we cannot change. First of all, it is genetics, which determines the amount of connective, adipose and muscle tissue in the skin of the face.

Various external and internal causes also affect the condition of the skin. The skin will look worse if you do not get enough sleep, experience regular stress, or broadcast negative emotions.

Especially dangerous for the skin is the passion for solarium and tanning in the sun.

Particular attention should be paid to nutrition. Food “garbage” in the form of fast carbohydrates or harmful products (sausages, snacks, processed products, fast food) disrupts metabolism and skin regeneration processes.

Lack of sources of important nutrients in the diet, especially B vitamins, folates, iodine, will negate all attempts to maintain youth.
